Let’s talk the Holidays! Santa Barbara is packed with fun holiday events and activities for all ages, and here are our favorites:
Zoolights at the Santa Barbara Zoo
Stroll through the Zoo once the sun goes down to see magical glowing displays of animals and nature-themed lanterns. Don’t forget to grab a photo with Santa! Festive drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.
Cost: $24 per adult, $22 per child (ages 2-12)
Christmas Patch at Lane Farms
Lane Farms has switched gears from pumpkins to Christmas trees! Pick out your perfect tree—Noble, Douglas Fir, you name it—then explore the corn maze, grab a pie, and of course, snap a pic with Santa.

Holiday Parade of Lights (December 8th, 5:30pm)
The 38th Annual Holiday Parade of Lights is back! Fireworks over the Waterfront is something magical. The best spots to watch are Stearns Wharf, East Beach, or West Beach.

Miracle Pop-Up Christmas Bar
Of course, don’t miss the Miracle Bar pop-up at Pearl Social for festive drinks and a must-see holiday decor. Reservations are recommended!
Holiday Tree Lighting with Santa (December 7th, 4-6 PM)
Head to Coast Village Road, where Santa will light the tree after collecting letters from all the kiddos. Enjoy hot chocolate, carolers, and that cozy holiday vibe.

Zaca Creek Open Ranch (November 30th, 10 AM – 2 PM)
Spend the Saturday after Thanksgiving with us at Zaca Creek Ranch in Santa Ynez! Meet their llamas, alpacas, and the star of the show, Erin—their 850-pound pig. Plus, pick up some of their new Holiday Blend coffee.
