East Beach: Located along Cabrilla Blvd, just outside Montecito. Some volleyball courts.

Leadbetter Beach: Near the Harbor, a popular location for surfing, boogie boarding & standup paddle boarding

Arroyo Burro Beach: Also known as Hendry’s Beach, dog friendly and in front of the famous Boathouse Restaurant

Summerland & Carpinteria Beaches

Summerland Beach: Dog-friendly (and horse-friendly), off exit 91 of the 101

Padaro Beach: Local’s only, backed by Beachfront Estates along Padaro Lane

Loon Point: Accessed off the far west end of Padaro Lane, a secret beach backed by high bluffs

Rincon Beach: Famous surf spot

Carpinteria State Beach: White sandy beach in the heart of Carpinteria

Shoreline Park: Dog friendly, in the Mesa, on the bluff over looking the ocean

Alice Keck Park Memorial Gardens: Right downtown, kid-friendly

Elings Park: Dog-friendly, the park consists of sports fields, hiking, biking trails, playgrounds, and even wedding venues

Alameda Park: Right downtown, playground for kids

Chase Palm Park: On Cabrillo near the Funk Zone, lounging lawns
